return policy
merchandise can be returned within 7 days (exception: used articles and underwear).
for a speedy refund, merchandise should be sent back to swisspepper in its original packaging, including the delivery note, by means of a stamped return delivery.
the same procedure applies for exchanges (in this case please write down on the delivery note which article of the same kind and value you would like to receive instead, i.e. size, color, etc).
